Welcome to RAID OPS ("RAID OPS," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of raidoperations.com, www.raidoperations.com, and any affiliated websites, online stores, digital platforms, products, services, communications, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase products from RAID OPS.

By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Products

RAID OPS specializes in limited deployment merchandise, tactical apparel, challenge coins, accessories, and related products.

Many products are produced in limited quantities and may not be reproduced once sold out.

Product availability is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

RAID OPS reserves the right to correct pricing errors before fulfilling an order.

4. Orders

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.

RAID OPS reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any order
  • Cancel any order
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Cancel duplicate or automated purchases

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Limited Deployment Products

Many RAID OPS products are intentionally manufactured in limited quantities.

Once a deployment has concluded and inventory has been exhausted, replacement products may not be available.

Customers acknowledge that exchanges for limited deployment products cannot always be guaranteed.

6. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided as a convenience only.

Actual delivery times depend upon shipping carriers and factors outside RAID OPS' control.

RAID OPS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses supplied by customers

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Refund Policy.

8. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify RAID OPS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

9. Reviews

Customers may voluntarily submit product reviews through our website.

By submitting a review, you grant RAID OPS a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, publish, and use your review in connection with our business.

RAID OPS reserves the right to remove reviews that:

  • Are fraudulent
  • Are offensive
  • Contain profanity
  • Include personal information
  • Promote illegal activity
  • Violate applicable laws
  • Are unrelated to the purchased product

  • Artwork
  • Challenge coin designs
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Written content
  • Website design
  • Source code

No portion of the Services may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission from RAID OPS.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with website operation
  • Use automated bots without authorization
  • Scrape website content
  • Copy or reproduce proprietary materials
  • Submit malicious code
  • Misrepresent your identity
  • Engage in fraudulent purchasing

12. Disclaimer

Products sold by RAID OPS are intended for lawful purposes only.

Customers are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing possession, use, or display of purchased products.

Nothing sold by RAID OPS constitutes professional, tactical, legal, or law enforcement advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAID OPS and its affiliated companies, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
